Common questions
How do I get a reel into REELINT?
Tap Share on the reel and pick REELINT. On TikTok it's under “More”, on Instagram under the paper plane, then “Share”. Or copy the link, open REELINT and tap 📋.
REELINT is missing from the share sheet.
Swipe the row of apps all the way to the right and tap “More”. You'll find REELINT there. Mark it as a favorite and it stays at the front.
How long does a card take?
It depends on the video. If it has no captions, the audio is transcribed first, and REELINT searches the web for links to the apps and sites it mentions. You can close the app in the meantime. Open it again within half an hour and the card will be waiting.
One reel doesn't work. Why?
Usually the post is private, deleted or only visible when logged in. REELINT handles public posts from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, with videos up to 30 minutes. If it still fails, send us the link.
Can I rely on the cards?
Cards are created automatically and can contain mistakes. Check important details in the original, such as amounts in recipes or tips about health and money. Every card links back to the reel.
Where are my cards stored?
On your iPhone. There is no account. Your library is part of your regular iPhone backup, for example in iCloud, so it moves to a new device with it. If you delete REELINT, the cards on that device are gone.
How do I delete my data?
Delete single cards in the app: open the card and tap “Delete”. Removing the app deletes all data on your device. Our server holds nothing we can link to you. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I cancel Pro?
You manage subscriptions in your iPhone settings: tap your name at the top, then “Subscriptions”, and pick REELINT. There you can cancel or switch between monthly and yearly. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is there an Android version?
The iPhone app comes first, Android follows.
