Terms of use

For REELINT on Android. Last updated: 5 November 2026. The German version is legally binding.

1. Provider and scope

REELINT is provided by SECINTS e.U., owner Aimen Tawfik, MSc., Salzgries 19/6, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Email: office@secints.com.

These terms apply to the Android app and the service behind it. The iPhone app is governed by Apple's standard license agreement. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

2. What REELINT does

You share a link to a public video, and REELINT uses AI services to create a card, for example with a summary, key points, recipes or links. Cards are stored on your device. You don't need an account.

REELINT depends on third-party platforms and services. We therefore can't promise that every video can be processed or that the service is always available. We may limit it temporarily for maintenance, security or to prevent overload. The app shows the current scope of Free and Pro.

3. Who may use REELINT

REELINT is intended for people aged 14 and over. If you are under 18, you need your parents' consent for a Pro subscription where the law requires it. You may use the app for your own purposes on your devices. This right is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

4. What is not allowed

• using REELINT for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others
• creating cards in bulk or by automated means, or bypassing the service's limits
• attacking or overloading the service, or defeating its protections
• reselling the app or the service, or offering it as your own service

We may restrict access in case of misuse. Actions permitted by law are not affected.

5. Cards and third-party content

Cards are created automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They don't replace medical, legal or financial advice. Check important details in the original, such as amounts, health tips or money matters. Links in cards lead to third-party sites, and we aren't responsible for their content.

The rights to videos, audio and images stay with their rights holders. If you pass cards on, make sure you don't infringe anyone's rights. If your content is affected, email office@secints.com.

6. YouTube

For YouTube videos, REELINT uses the YouTube API Services. By using REELINT with YouTube videos, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Pro and payment

Pro is a subscription you buy through Google Play. Google Play shows the price and term before you buy. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you cancel in Google Play. Google Play's rules also apply to payment and refunds. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal as a consumer, are not affected.

8. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty applies to defects. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. We are not liable for slight negligence, to the extent the law permits. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Ending and changes

You can stop using REELINT at any time by removing the app. You cancel a running subscription separately in Google Play. If we shut down the service, we will tell you in good time.

If the app, its services or the law change, we may update these terms. For a running subscription, changes apply only as far as the law permits, and we will inform you first.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory protection of the country where you live as a consumer remains in place. The statutory rules apply to jurisdiction.
